Tempura is a dish made by coating fish, shellfish, and vegetables in batter made from wheat flour dissolved in water and deep-frying them in vegetable oil.
Dip in tentsuyu(soy sauce seasoning) or salt and eat.

- Egg : 1 piece
- Flour : 140g
- Water : 1 cup
- Shrimp : 4 pieces
- Eggplant : 1 piece
- Squash : 50g
RECIPE
- Mix water, flour, egg and water in a bowl.
- Lightly sprinkle flour over the ingredients such as shrimp.
- Put the oil in a pan and heat it to 170-175 degrees.
- Dip the ingredients into a bowl and put them in the pan.
- When the ingredients are fried, drain the oil well and take them out.
