- Miso(soybean paste) : 2 tablespoons
- Tofu(soybean curd) : 1/4 block
- Seaweed : 1 teaspoon (dried seaweed)
- Green onion : 1/4 piece
- Dashi (Japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp) : 1 teaspoon
- Water : 1.5 cups
RECIPE
- It is small and cuts tofu, a leek.
- Heat water, dashi in a pot, and after it boils add tofu and seaweed.
- Stop fire, and put miso if you come to the boil.
- Green onion may be sprinkled on top at the end.
