Oden

Oden is a type of hotpot dish or simmered dish, and is a Japanese cuisine made by simmering the broth for a long time.

  • Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons

  • Bonito broth (granules) : 1 tablespoon
  • Salt : Appropriate amount
  • Daikon Radish : 2/3 piece
  • Konjac : 1 piece
  • Eggs : 4
  • Deep-fried tofu: 4 pieces

RECIPE

  1. Cut the daikon radish and konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the eggs.
  3. Put water, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and bonito stock in a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Add the daikon radish, konnyaku, boiled egg, and deep-fried tofu and simmer to complete.

SUPPLEMENT

If it is difficult to obtain ingredients for oden, you can substitute vegetables such as tomatoes, sausages, onions, and mushrooms.
