Onigiri is rice that is shaped like a triangle, a bale, or a ball.
It is also called “omusubi” in some regions of Japan.
In general, it is common to add salt to the rice, put ingredients inside, and wrap seaweed around the outside.

- Salt : Appropriate amount
- Toasted seaweed : Appropriate amount
- Umeboshi : Appropriate amount
RECIPE
- Cook the rice.
- Wet your hands with water and sprinkle salt on them.
- Place the rice on your hand, put the umeboshi inside, and hold it with both hands.
- Wrap it in toasted seaweed and place a little of the same ingredients on the rice ball.
