Shoyu ramen is a Japanese dish of Chinese noodles placed in a soy sauce-flavored soup and topped with grilled pork or naruto.
Based on Chinese soba noodles, it is a dish that has been modified for Japan.

- Chinese noodles : 180g
- Water (for boiling noodles) : Appropriate amount
- Water (for soup) : 2 cups
- Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Chicken stock powder : 1 teaspoon
- Ginger : 1 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Grilled pork : 30g
- Egg : 1/2
- Bamboo shoots : Appropriate amount
- Naruto : 1
- Green onion : Appropriate amount
RECIPE
- Boil an egg and cut it in half.
- Put water in a pot, and when it boils, put Chinese noodles in it and boil it.
- Boil water (2 cups) in another pot.
- When it boils, add soy sauce, chicken stock powder, ginger and pepper and mix.
- Place the soup and noodles in a bowl, and top with the boiled egg, grilled pork, bamboo shoots, naruto, and green onions.
SUPPLEMENT
If you like, you can add red pickled ginger, toasted seaweed, or wood ear mushrooms.
Chinese noodles are easy to stretch, so it is better to make noodles and soup at the same time.
