Tonkatsu is a Japanese dish in which thick pork is coated with flour, eggs, and bread crumbs and deep-fried.
There is also a similar dish that uses beef, called gyukatsu.

- Pork (thick sliced loin) : 300g
- Salt and pepper : Appropriate amount
- Wheat Flour : Appropriate amount
- Egg : 1
- Bread crumbs : Appropriate amount
- Vegetable oil : Appropriate amount
RECIPE
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Coat pork in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs.
- Fry the pork in oil at 170-180 degrees.
- Cut the fried pork cutlet into desired size.

How to eat pork cutlet is often eaten as follows.
- Put Chuno sauce
- Eat lightly with grated radish and ponzu sauce
- Put it on curry rice and eat it as “cutlet curry”
